La Sant Andreu Jazz Band, nascuda el 2006 a l’Escola Municipal de Música de Sant Andreu i dirigida per Joan Chamorro, celebra el 20è aniversari. Dues dècades en què aquest projecte pedagògic i artístic, un dels més singulars del panorama internacional del jazz, ha servit d’aixopluc per a més de noranta joves músics, entre ells futures estrelles com Andrea Motis, Rita Payés, Èlia Bastida, Magalí Datzira o Elsa Armengou.
