Llogatera és el viatge apassionant i frenètic d’una noia que es veu obligada a deixar el seu pis de 38 m². Una comèdia amarga amb diferents convidats: la mare, un amant, el propietari, un alumne, la dona de la immobiliària, la socorrista, un milicià… La nostra protagonista haurà d’enfrontar-se a les seves pors: el futur, les expectatives i el fracàs, la precarietat, la soledat… I la seva dificultat per passar a l’acció. Com actuar contra un sistema que l’expulsa quan no és suficient ser suficient? Com aferrar-se al seu castell de 38 m²
