El Ballet de Barcelona presenta una fidel interpretació de Giselle, impregnada de l’enfocament estilístic del Ballet Nacional de Cuba, des de la visió artística del coreògraf Leandro Pérez Sanabria. Conservant la música original, el llibret i tots els components d’aquesta obra mestra del ballet clàssic, la formació explora temes com l’amor, la traïció, el perdó i la redempció. El ballet juxtaposa la bellesa etèria del món sobrenatural amb la dura realitat de les emocions humanes, mostrant el poder de l’amor per transcendir fins i tot la mort.
